Our CareTeam

A little bit about the Loving Home Care management team

Margarita Pinkhasova is a chief executive officer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, where she has been named to the DEAN’S LIST during the spring semester of 2023 for an outstanding academic achievement and Phi Theta Kappa Honors. She has a Standard Specialized CTE Health Careers Certificate, a Substitute Teaching Certification from the Arizona Department of Education, and a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate.

She worked in higher education, information technology, and home health care. She is skilled in establishing business and community partnerships. Currently, Margarita handles two positions: she works part-time at Stepping Stones Care Agency as a Habilitation and Respite Provider for more than 5 years, where she has an experience working with special needs children with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, and other cognitive or intellectual disabilities under the Division of Developmental Disabilities in Arizona. Also, Margarita works full-time at MCC as a Student Services Specialist.

She is a Global Student Leader with more than 8 years of experience in consulting and partnering with students and other career advisors. She works with diverse low-income students and their families, where she advises them on HSI STEM career exploration and provides academic advice, pathway planning program courses, and enrollment requirements. Margarita is a compassionate leader who has the desire to help Arizona community clients in their homes by providing qualified patients with the necessary services.

Rafayel Pinkhasov, a chief operating officer, has more than 10 years of experience working in the transportation field and has a background working in car dealership sales. Currently, he works as a salesman at Bill Luke Service, where he has met a sales quota and achieved the highest score of sales multiple times during the last 4 years. As a result, he was honored to be the best salesman of the month. It demonstrates that he developed new business and revenue opportunities that supported their company’s business growth. Rafayel has an associate degree in law.

As we progress, we seek to create a new type of model that is centered on the idea that these patients are fully recognized individuals with their own thoughts and ideas, who need certain types of services, assistance, and wellness programs that would work for every one of them individually. Therefore, our humble plea is for you to help us bring that goal to life in order to make these members’ lives easier, improve health, and prolong their lives. We are proud to be part of the Arizona community and particularly Phoenix metropolitan area, where those services can be offered.
